Marco is the CEO of IPA and he is currently the CEO of other companies. More in detail, he is the CEO and owner of CapitaLink Corporate Finance, an advisory boutique specialized in mid-size M&A transactions and buy-out operations. CapitaLink also acts as private equity investor in medium-small deals.
Marco has successfully managed various turnaround and start-up deals.
He worked with Lehman Brothers in London, within the Principal Finance Group, with responsibilities for managing the fixed income operations of the bank in Italy.
He worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers Transaction Services for seven years, in both its Rome and New york offices.
Marco's career began in 1996 with Deloitte & Touche where he worked on both audit and due diligence engagements.
Marco received a degree cum laude in Business and Administration. He is fellow of the Italian Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and Auditors since 2002. Marco is also fellow of the Italian Chartered Association of Financial Consultant since 1995.
He is Italian mother tongue, fluent in English and Spanish.
